The “golden path” followed by some (rare) nutritionists is to start from where we humans started: the fruit-eating gorilla, as the safest food base to stay healthy and physically strong..

There are hundreds of different kinds and varieties of fruits, many of them contain all possible vitamins and antioxydants, and they are known as an anti-cancer alternative (this fact may not please pharmaceutical and food processing ‘barons’ out there, neither their investors!).. After all, we individuals have the choice on which side we want to stand, and ultimately what we do with our bodies!

 

But then it has a social price, like keeping processed food to a minimum, and perhaps leaving gastronomy and restaurant meals to special occasions.. But once feeling the difference in terms of well-being and energy, one can observe that it’s well worth the sacrifice!

And there is also something to (re)discover, after some effort to change food habits and once the body gets cleaned from excess spices, mixtures and artificial tastes..

A new and unmatched pleasure to enjoy the genuine taste of fruit (in a perfectly ripe condition of course), and this will happen anyway since it is written in our genes, the ‘missing link’ with our ancestor the gorilla!             

 

Fruit is the easiest food to eat, whenever ripe, it is ready to consume without any preparation or transformation. It is the best tolerated product upon observing minimal basic caution, like not to mix different kinds of fruits, not to drink at the same time or right after, and avoid green or unripe fruits.
